In response to the local needs of foothill communities, ROZO Tactical has started operating in 2018. ROZO is owned and operated by Ryan Oatts. He is a firearms instructor with several years of experience, both professionally and personally, with shooting and instructing.

Ryan Oatts always works to bring the newest and most updated knowledge to his clients. He focuses on safety while shooting, safety in the home with firearms, and, most of all, he wants his clients to feel comfortable and have a fun time in his classes. He is also a certified K9 Handler and offers narcotic detection services with his partner K9 Kash
